I absolutely love this setting. The flat ammolite creates a very different base for displaying the many colours in the stone, some good & some not so good. There is a very deep blue that appears only under very bright sunlight and at a very specific angle. Too bad it doesn't show more often. Mostly I see the yellow, orange and a couple of shades of green. I haven't decided if I'm keeping it as I paid full price (no sale) but it is a lovely ring. I've thought of exchanging it but you never know what you'll get as a replacement.

Very Comfortable Ring !

I own quite a few pieces of ammolite in gold, but in all honesty, this is the piece I wear the most. It is so comfortable (not hollowed out inside) and the quality of the ammolite is just as good as the ammolite in my gold pieces (if not better). This is now my favourite "go to" ring.
