Ojon Damage Reverse Restorative Finishing Spray

I also have had lots of trouble with these aerosol cans. This product is nice when it comes out of the can but NOT worth the price of throwing half a can out because you can't get the
aerosol can to spray!!!

I will not purchase any of ojon's aerosol products. Way too expensive to have the hassle of running the tips under hot water every time you use it. Then it sprays out in blobs. I threw out my last can and it was half full I couldn't be bothered fussing with it anymore. With all these complaints hopefully they'll improve or replace with hand pump sprayers on their hair sprays!...

I bought the two pack, since I loved this original product and needed more. The orginal formula was my trusted daily hair product. The "new and improved" formulation is not what I want. It SMELLS AWFUL and is almost suffocating when I spray it on. Not good! I like the way the orginal product performed compared to this version. It is a disappointment.

I'm not so sure about the supposed improvements in the product line. I loved all of the orginal products and thought I had the perfect answer to my hair needs. Please go back to the original formulations. Why change what was working so well!!! I've gone from a 100% beleiver in the product to someone who is questioning the changes. I have tried other new products in the line as well.

I am giving this product a "3" rating, because I'm not totally disenchanted with Ojon, but with this product. I think the company should reconsider the changes they have made. I just want my beautiful hair products back again!

this hair spray is the best I have ever used and I have bought the most expensive hair sprays and this one is 100% better.
It does not dry out your hair or make it appear like straw or make your hair stiff. Your hair is always manageable and soft and moves naturally when you have used this hair spray. It is fantastic.

*knock on wood* I haven't had the problem with the spray nozzle that other customers have been having, but I am a little disappointed about the change in the product. I had purchased this a little while back and absolutely loved it! Now, it's more like a hair spray than it is a treatment spray and it certainly smells like a hair spray... not the nice scent it had before.

Why change a product that so many people were so thrilled about??

i love this spray as i've bought it before...the only thing wrong with the one i just purchased is that the spray mechanism is defective. i tried changing the nozzle with another ojon spray that i have but it didn't work. i have to run the nozzle under hot water each time i want to use it. it'll work for a few seconds then "poolage" of expensive ojon liquid all over my hand.

The restorative finishing spray was my favouriteOjon item. This one is terrible, makes my hair greasy and I cannot bear the smell. Will not be buying this line again . I am dubious about buying anything else in case the formula has been changed on your other items. Please return to your original formula.

When Ojon first came to TSC, I thought it was the wonder hair product. I used many items and loved it. I have now stopped using Ojon completely. I agree with previous reviews, the expensive sprays are faulty making 1/3 to 1/2 a can at the already expensive price for a whole can absolutely absurd. I am also very disappointed and have switched to local retailers for my hair products which sell for half the price and are high end products. This is not to say that TSC does not have excellant products, 90% of my cosmetics come from TSC, however I will not purchase hair products again.

I have to agree with the last person commenting. I am so disappointed with all the "new" formulations of Ojon products. I thought I had found the perfect products for my post menopausal hair for the rest of my life but..... since changing all the products I used to use, not ONE of them performs like the original.
I am truly disappointed in Ojon's decision to change all their products, and I also have a sneaking suspicion that there is not as much of the beautiful Ojon oils in the products anymore. The smell is different, not as pleasant and the performance in all five of my favorite products is sadly lacking.
Now why would I spend approx. $80. per month on hair products when they have stopped working?
I guess it's back to the drawing board for me - very, very disappointing Ojon, please reconsider going to back to your original products and cease trying to convince all of your loyal customers that the new formulations are better than the originals. It just seems to me you're trying to re-invent the wheel, and it's not working!

This is an update to my original comment. I have now run into a similar problem as the first reviewer, i.e. leaking contents around the spray mechanism meaning very little spray coming from container. Eventually it stopped working altogether and there is still approx one third of the contents remaining in the container. I bought three cans of this product because I didn't want to be without it. Now I fear that I have wasted my money because the remaining cans will probably have a similar problem. I recall a similar problem with an Ojon product a few years ago and they eventually fixed it. Ojon--FIX THIS PROBLEM! Until then, "buyer beware".
