I found that this product did not meet up to the wonderful standards it portrays. My drug store rollers did a better job at a far better price.Sorry, but this product is a bust for me.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

good for short hair only!!
I have long hair and found they did not do much of anything for me. No lift, bounce or curl. They did heat up as advertised; nice for the right length of hair. Should have had them offered in larger sizes if needed. No option to purchase larger...
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Great Hot Rollers Set
from Vaughan ON
This is a good hot rollers set. I believe they heat up in fair enough time. They are hot to the touch and therefore, be careful. I did feel also that 8 rollers is not enough if you have fairly longer than shoulder length hair. I understand there is extra hot rollers available. I do find the cost for 2 extra rollers quite pricy, though.
Curlers work fast and the curl does last. I found them very easy to use. Only negative is they are hot and feel heat on my forehead when using on bang area.
good travel set
These hot rollers are compact so better for travel and storage than traditional sets. Nice case. I did not need another set of hot rollers, but I was wondering if there was anything special about this set as the T3 hairdryer I bought previously is fabulous. These rollers curled my fairly long, thick hair better than anything else to date, and the curl lasted for days. They also made my hair very smooth and silky. This set seems rather flimsy (maybe designed more for travel), but if it can withstand a few years of regular use, I will be pleased.
Good for short and medium length hair
from Toronto (Ontario)
There are 3 ladies in our household and all tried the rollers. It was really good for short and medium hair, but didn't do much for long hair. It is very easy to use, gives nice volume to short and medium length. My daughter, the one who has medium length hair, loves them!

Love these rollers!
from Cambridge, Ontario
I have thin hair that doesn't grow very fast and is difficult to do anything with..often wear hair pieces. These rollers are easy to put in and add volume and softness to my hair. I seldom add hair pieces now..one of my best buys from the shopping channel.
I would not recommend these rollers
First of all the packaging is very nice, They don't heat up as quick as they said they do and they do not curl your hair they way they said they do. The size of the rollers are too small the small and med size is for short hair you cannot roll your hair if it's past your shoulder. They should sell the set for short hair only.
better for short hair
By MARY ELLEN
I have long hair and I find that they curl the hair great at then ends but don't give a lot of lift to the roots. Also I have very thick hair and I find that I really need more than 8 rollers - if you have long thick hair go for 12 rollers. The one problem I do have with them is that I have arthritis in my thumbs and right index finger and I thought these would be easier to use than the other hot rollers I have. Unfortunately this is not so. I found them very awkward to use. If you have arthritis in your hands you may find, as I did, that the clips are awkward to open and the rollers are difficult to take off the base without touching the hot area and they are difficult to get back on as they have to be placed in a certain way to click in. The bottom line for me is if you have short to medium length hair and your hands aren't compromised in any way they are good. If you have long thick hair you will get a nice light curl or wave but not lift and not a well defined curl. If you have arthritis in your hands I am not sure that they would work well for you. I am recommending them as I feel they are very good if you want the type of curl they give and your hands can use them.
Not great - disappointed
I was so excited to get these rollers home, but I was disappointed in the end result. One of the heating elements did not work, so that was a major problem. The curls just did not stay, and the rollers were hot if they touched the head, so they were a bit uncomfortable for me to use. I think the concept is great: it had a small footprint so did not take up much space on the counter, and the carrying case fit everything well. Unfortunately, the product came to me broken and did not deliver great curls.
