After having such great success with the Orthaheel sandals I wore for the past two summers, I knew instantly when it came to the colder season, and I put on my regular, but good quality shoes, my feet, hips, and back were sore, and I was getting the scaling calluses which literally disappeared in the Orthaheels. I have many stairs so I wanted something with more closed support for the winter, but not necessarily totally enclosed. I thought the clogs might be a good choice. I ordered them in the Black, and it states if a half size, go "up." I really dislike shoe companies that do not make half sizes and expect them to fit. In most cases, they just do not fit. That is why there are half sizes! I am a 7 1/2, so I ordered the size 8. I read the reviews carefully and there were a few that stated these clogs were big in size, and wide. When I received them, I was impressed with the leather construction. Cute design. But they are "big." And they are "wide". I was very disappointed for I really wanted these to work. I could feel that arch and cup support and oh, how it would be nice to have had them fit. I may just look instead at ordering the orthotic insoles. But for those hard to fit people who are looking for a wide, semi-closed shoe in the front, this might be a good option to try. There are loads of toe room. Please Dr. Weil and Orthaheel, could you make a good looking slimmer-looking clog in half sizes, that fits a true medium foot.

I love these clogs. I thought they might look a little bulky but they are quite cute on. Love that they are leather. I wish all the sandals were leather or at least the footbeds. I think with the price we should expect leather.

No quality control
Ordered a pair in my regular size the left fit perfect but the right was so tight it felt a half a size smaller. Returned them the same day.

Love them but they run big so size down

I ordered a pair in my usual size and found them so huge I walked out of them. I was ready to ship them back but my 21 year old daughter tried them on and they were a hit. So, now we each have a pair as my new ones arrived today. We are both in a size smaller than we normally wear.
I like these more than I expected!

I wanted a mule/clog type shoe in this line to wear in the fall/winter, don't really care for the opening on the top of the foot like the Mary Jane styles have when I want to wear socks.Wasn't sure if I liked this design on these...and think they are a bit expensive, but I decided to try them because of the introductory price and I prefer leather, and the fact that they also have the same footbed and are made in Spain like the Cecilia Sandals, and out of all my Orthaheels/Dr. Weil sandals, the Cecilia's are my most favourite because they are so well made, comfortable, supportive and feel secure on your foot. These Deva clogs feel as good as I thought they would, and it surprised me, but they are actually cuter than I expected and look good on the foot.Very comfortable and supportive, quality workmanship, pretty sure I'm going to love these as much as my Cecilia's, so I'm keeping them. Now I just need some cute leather ankle boots in this line! Maybe next visit?
