Love these sandals!
from Niagara Falls, Ontario
I bought these as I have plantar fasciitis and a heel spur and I need some comfort and support. ( I don't have orthotic sandals yet, just inserts for my runners). I was skeptical at first as I find the flower sits too low on the straps and was putting pressure on a scar on the top of my foot. So I wore them around the house a few days and decided to keep them. I am so glad I did. The strap material did give in so it doesn't sit on my scar and I could wear these night and day. They are very comfortable, can wear them with anything and I get lots of compliments on how cute they are. Although I do find the Orthaheel sandal straps do sit lower on your foot so I would like to see them change this and move it up.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Finally found a great pair of sandals
We are going on a cruise in January and these will be perfect in the evening on the ship. Love the footbed, so soft and these sandals are so so comfortable. These sandals are my second pair of Orthoheel and I would say, the better of the two. Thanks for a great pair of sandals
These sandals are pretty with the little flower on top. I had to work the under part of one of the flowers to soften it, so it didn't rub on the foot.I agree with the previous review. A softer material would work better.
Toe Post Sandals
from London, ON
I was looking forward to buying a third pair of Orthaheel sandals this year. I hope that you will bring more of the Toe Post sandals with the embellishments as a Today's Showstopper, such as the Carla 11 or the Fiji. It sounds like you might have a nice new collection next year, from what was mentioned on the last airing. I am looking forward to that. Unfortunately, this year, I only bought one pair earlier in the season. I would like to see more sales and feel that the tops of the sandals could/should be leather without the price going up, as they are only straps. These sandals seem to go on sale in the stores faster than they do at TSC. Thank you
I would buy these again.
I love these sandals, they are the most supportive Orthaheels I have purchased. They fit perfect, look great and make walking much easier for me.Please start making more attractive sandals and in "younger" colours.

Love these shoes, have 10 pairs so far and they have saved my feet. I have plantar fasicitis plus heel spurs. Have very expensive orthotics and they only fit my runners. From the time I get up till bedtime my orthoheel are on my feet. I highly recommend them, they work for me.

Not so comfy
By Cora Devoy
I am a size 7 (sometimes 7.5) so I ordered a 7 in the Fleur II Toe Post and found it fit true to size. The footbed was so comfortable, I felt like the sandal was made for me. I was also was impressed with the appearance. I ordered the sandal in black and really liked the way that the shiny straps and flower detail looked with my red toe nail polish. I noticed the straps were snug -- not digging in or anything, but snug enough to make me feel like they weren't going to fly off my feet when walking. My feet are regular width; my left foot is slightly wider than my right foot because of a bunion. So, no surprise that the sandal on my left foot felt more snug than the one on my right foot.Unfortunately, I had to remove the sandals after only 20 minutes of walking. I developed angry red marks (and later blisters) where the thick plastic straps rubbed against the insides of my feet. Also, underneath the flower detail there is a circle of plastic sewn in, presumably to prevent the petals from touching your skin. This circle of plastic only irritated my feet further; the edges were rough, as was the thread used to sew it in place. I did not expect to experience such discomfort from an orthotic sandal! I sent back the sandals immediately. Orthaheel, please consider using leather or suede (i.e. breathable, malleable materials that accommodate the feet) to make your footwear. I realize plastic is cheaper, but I would be willing to pay more for a product I don't have to return. Also, it would be nice to have more room for the feet under the straps, and possibly a wider footbed.
