Hairmax Advance 7 LaserComb

I have just started using it, so not sure if it works. Kind of disappointing that the shopping channel has a 30 day return policy and you have to use this thing for 6 to 8 weeks to see if it works. What can I do if it doesn't work after 6 weeks to return it?

I have not had problems with the cord as I have just been using it with batteries. It says not to have product in your hair when you use it but even after washing my hair I do have to put product on it to dry and style it. So it makes it difficult to follow those instructions. I did use it once when I had some hairspray in my hair and my scalp got warm and uncomfortable. It makes it easier to use while looking in the mirror but instructions say not to look at the laser light in the mirror. Not so pleased with some of the complicating issues to use it but will hope that it produces some results. I have only been using about 2 weeks so will comment again later.

As with other reviews of the problem cord, I feel the company needs to help us with an adapter that will keep the comb attached during use.
The unit is easy and comfortable to use but it's too early to see any benefit yet.

Product a little heavy to hold.
Patience to see if there are any results to see in about 6 weeks or so....

Have just finished using this product for 4 weeks, hence, too early to give it a rating. I do agree with the other customers, the power cord is a real nuisance, keeps disconnecting, and the comb is not particularly easy to handle. Will comment again, once have used a little longer, otherwise, it will have to be returned - there is 120 days return policy on this. For now giving it a 2.

the power cord slips out all the time - very unnerving

The lasercomb is hard to hold and the hard plastic brush is not comfortable on one's head. What's worst is that the connection between the cord and comb keep getting disconnected so one has to stop about five times to reconnect them. (Yes, I did push it in as far as possible). The buzzer to move every four seconds works about half the time. And who knows if the whole process works.

Only using it now for 2 weeks so too early to rate effectiveness. There is a noticeable amount of heat felt on my scalp when using. Hopefully this is an indication its doing its job. For the price I'm dissapointed with the power cord where it plugs into the unit. During use, it constantly unplugs from the unit just enough to stop working. I finally had to Duct tape it to the unit to hold it in place. Note to Company; more than willing to pay an extra $5.00 for a proper plug connection. One thought is an L-shaped end rather than a straight end.

Very handy and compact to use. Have used the laser method before and it really seemed to thicken my hair. Not so much for re-growing the hair , but it did appear thicker and I noticed a difference when I stopped using it. It went back to being very thin again.

I have only been using this comb for a week and a half so it is difficult to give it a proper review. I can say that I don't feel any heat and there is no irritation after using it. I will give a better review once I have used it for around ten weeks
