Cover FX Powder
from London, ont
I have been using PowderFx for yrs and I love how easy it applies, I use a foundation brush, it covers many imperfections like no other powder I have tried. I have 53 yr old skin and find it quite suitable for me never feel it on your skin like some liquid foundations

Not for mature skin
By selective shopper
from northern ontario
I agree with the other reviewer that this powder is not suitable for over 40 skin. The lipgloss has a rather strong menthol aroma and sensation, but is an appealing shade. I chose to use the bronzer on my eyes which is a neutral and flattering shade. I did not like the bronzer on my fair skin.. too stark and unnatural looking. I gave the makeup oil controlling primer to my "20 something" niece. For a showstopper, this kit is not what could be categorized as "universal" or for all ages. I also agree that the CoverFX showstopper was poorly described by the guest. I won't be trying this makeup line again in the future.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Powder foundation is not for aging skin
The powder foundation should be advertised as not for older skin that has wrinkles. The foundation collects in the wrinkles, and, as well, gives a very matte coverage that looks very mask-like and unattractive. I have since seen an ad for Cover FX where it states that the powder foundation is not recommended for aging skins and a liquid or creme foundation is much better choice. This should have been made clear when the powder foundation was being sold on the Shopping Channel in which case I would not have purchased it. The Mint Tint lip gloss is very nice.
