Renaissance Red 3 Piece Essentials Kit

I had the usual pleasant shopping experience. The order was just placed yesterday, so I do not have any experience with the product yet.

Really like the product. Wonder why the night cream is only 30 mls?

I bought the s.s. on Carol's first visit. BTW welcome back and congrats on your new adventure. I tried the line because I liked what Carol has put into the product and also to support her on her new venture. I waited to write a review to be sure of what I am experiencing with this line. I am a torricelum girl and have been for many years. I love EG and have a stockpile of product so I really do not need any new product. Well, surprised to say, my skin has not looked this good in many years. Now I am not sure if it is Renaissance Red that is making the difference or if it has to do with EG's new serum or the lightstim. I began all three about the same time. My skin is smoothing out, plumping up, and glowing. I tried a different cream one morning and my skin seemed to lose a little of it's plumpness. May be my imagination, or not. Didn't want to take a chance on losing my glow so went back to "RED" right away. Anyhow, I look forward to treating my face to Carol's products at night. Carol's cleanser does an excellent job of taking off foundation and eye makeup. I do not even need to use eye makeup remover when I use this cleanser. Of course I use my clarasonic. The scent is soft and natural. The creams are refreshing to the skin. They really feel nourishing to my skin. Haven't had any negative side effects at all. I just purchased the eye cream on Carol's second visit. It will be interesting to see any changes around my eyes. If I didn't already have so much product stockpiled I would try out the complete line. I am liking it very much. Even with so much product stockpiled I would purchase more of Carol's line if it were offered as a showstopper. I like it that much.

I thought Carol looked amazing - her skin tone glows and she is more youthful. I was looking for similiar results, however, instead my skin developed bumps under it and I never had them before. I find the cleanser has too much fragrance in it, so I can't use it in the morning only at night when I am less sensitive to fragrances. I also had great difficulty in opening the day creme jar especially (purchased separately from this set, though I had trouble with the smaller jars as well). If you don't have the dexterity, it is impossible to do it. I am using the product up until it is totally gone and I will know if I would buy it again or not...though Carol should think through some of the constructive critism before going forward with the status quo. I luv her and really do want to get hooked on her product, but there needs to be some improvement. Thanks for listening....

I was excited to try Carol's line. At first I started with the night cream to see how I liked it. It obsorbed well and felt nice on my face. After a week, I added the day cream. Unfortunately, after using it consistently but sparingly for 2 weeks, my cheeks and jaw line were all broken out. I am not normally prone to acne. It also seems to make my foundation makeup disappear by mid day. The cleanser is kind of strange. It did seem to take my makeup off but its hard to gauge how much to use. I took several pumps to feel like I had enough to spread on my face. The packaging is beautiful but awkward as the jars are so round and smooth that they slip out of your hand easily. It's too late to send it back, otherwise I would. I think I'll go back to my old stand-by - Elizabeth Grant...once again.

After hearing rave reviews from the TSC hosts about this line I decided to purchase the entire line.
I just turned 30 and have not yet commited myself to one skincare line.
I returned this line after having used it for one week.
The day and night moisturizers did not absorb well into the skin and it made applying other products difficult.
I feel the breakouts that I suffered were as a result of this line as it is rare for me to suffer from them.
I did not use the cleanser and so I cannot comment on its quality.
So...back it went.

Being a woman in my 40's and understanding the benefits of antioxidants for anti-aging and skin protection,Red Beauty really appealed to me. I have used these three products consistenty for about the past 9months. I love how the moisturizers glide onto the skin, and leave it completely hydrated for hours. I have noticed that my skin seems to have more firmness overall, and wrinkles have lessened around my eyes. Love the product and now have my daughter of 22years using it as well!

I bought all the products this line carries. I am always looking for products that promote natural ingredients high in antioxidents. I am in my mid 50's and have tried almost everything from TSC and other major department store brands. I try to research what makes a skin care line good and have come to determine that you can't buy miracles in a jar, but there are a lot of products that help your skin look better. Red Renaissance has a couple of positive things going for it. The creams soak into your skin well, leaving a matte finish, but not a feeling of moisturized. The serum too, once applied left my skin dry and tight. the cleanser has a very pleasant smell and really does take your makeup off, but if you don't apply some cream immediately afterwards, it starts to feel tight, not a good thing. I did not see any difference in the eye cream ( which I was really hoping for decreased puffiness). My first dissapointment right off the bat was the packaging of the creams. As lovely as these jars are, they are awkward to open, especially if you have any arthrithis in your hands, and I thought that the efficacy was lost every time you open a jar allowing more oxygen to destroy the natural ingrediants, not to mention your fingers. Carol might want to re-think the packaging ( sorry!) on those.
Overall, it's an ok product, but I didn't feel like my skin was moisturized, even though my skin is normal to dry and I didn't notice any changes in my fine lines.

I truly love the Renaissance Red beauty products! My skin is so dry at this time of the year and these products really help. The texture of the night cream is wonderful and soaks right into the skin. I'm so pleased.
