Electrodes with Gel Pads:
These advanced self-adhesive gel pads are water activated and do not require any messy gel or belts to attach them to your skin. Because of their high conductivity, they feel very comfortable and you will not have to worry about any burning sensations. The gel pads are re-usable, easy to use and completely allergy free. Suggested Usage:
• Place the self-adhesive massage pads on to the skin over your tense or painful area. (Effective pad placement instruction available on DVD and Fast Pain Relief Guide included)
• Click on the power dial
• Slowly increase the intensity until you feel the most soothing and relaxing massage action like hands inside your muscles massaging those tense and painful areas deep in the muscle layers
• You can select three separate modules of massage patterns depending whether you like a very deep, vigorous massage or a very gentle, soothing massage
• Each module provides four varieties of simulated massage techniques:
Module one feels like thumb kneading, palm kneading, finger tapping, and percussion
Module two feels like pounding, chopping, cupping and oscillating squeezing
Module three feels like gentle fingers lightly rubbing the muscles, then lightly squeezing the muscles, followed by a stronger squeeze and then the muscles will be lifted and finally the muscle will let go and become totally relaxed

About Dr. Ho and DR-HO'S® Muscle Therapy System™:
After treating thousands of patients with common painful conditions such as migraines, headaches, spinal related conditions, sports, work and accident related injuries, Dr. Ho recognized many causative factors to their condition. They had muscle tension, restriction in joint movements, repetitive physical strains on the job and were under excessive emotional stress at work and at home. He realized that if these causative factors could be minimized, then the patients could recover faster and function better.
After having utilized many therapeutic devices on the market designed for clinical applications, Dr. Ho was disappointed at their limited results with chronic pain patients. It seemed that most devices initially worked well but then stopped providing the same level of response once the body became assimilated to them. These professional devices are often very complex to operate, expensive and are not as effect as the patients require them to be.
Dr. Michael Ho did some research and development with a group of very innovative engineers. The outcome was the DR-HO'S® Muscle Therapy System™.
