Not effective at all
from Winnipeg (Manitoba)
Terrible product. The fabrick is soft and fluffy, but it is not absorpant and does not dry your hair. I have medium length hair and wrapped my head in the towel. After 15 minutes I still had water dripping down my neck, and when I removed the towel, my hair was as wet as it was before I wrapped it in the towel, and the towel was nearly 100% dry.The gloves are the same. I've been using the gloves to dust furniture.Save your money. You would do better using a Shammy cloth.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

does not 'dry' hair!!!! towel is awkward .. after half hour hair was still very wet...gloves were useless!one good thing...very soft fabric.TSC you missed the mark with this product :(
SUCH A DISSAPPOINTMENT
I have short hair, and hate to use dryers, so I thought I'd try one of these out. They are made of Polyester - I firmly believe that you need cotton to absorb the water from your hair. Man I tried more than 3 times using this towel and gloves and still my hair was sopping wet. But because it was such a soft towel, my cat now uses it to sleep on so all it not totally lost. Costly mistake on my part though. I wouldn't give one of these to an enemy.

The ladies are right, the product does NOTHING its supposed to. One would think, someone at TSC would have tried this out before touting it.

I will buy this product again
I love the gloves so much after trying them twice, I bought one pair for my husband and one for my sister (they both love it). The gloves are great to get most of the water out. I do not dry my hair completely with them. I tried blowing my hair the first time and the second time I put rollers on. Both times I could not believe the results. My hair is fine and thinning because of age.As for the towel I use it on my pillow and my hair is not so messed up in the morning, husband even asked me for his towel to put on his pillow. We are very happy with this product.

I totally agree with the previous reviewer - the towel is too heavy, it doesn't really work.. and I threw out the packaging so I'm stuck with it..

When I first received these in the mail, I was so impressed with the softness of the headwrap/mittens..I immediately threw away the packaging envelope and return label..bad ideaThe material of the headwrap is so thick and heavy, that it falls sideways on my head when I am wearing it and my hair is still wet when I take it off! I have shoulder length, curly hair and I wore it for about 3/4 hrI tried the mittens...and after getting sore arms, rubbing my head..I gave up to a wet head..So disappointed
