Sterling Silver & Gold Plate Ammolite & Sapphire Earrings

I am glad that Korite is offering gold plated earrings for people who are allergic to silver. I have purchased many pieces, I think I have been lucky in getting half decent stones. I realize that I do have to purchase the top grade to get the best of the best. Overall I have been satisfied with my jewellery.

Like the other reviewer,I have been waiting for a long time for a pair of gold Ammolite earrings that I could afford.I was so pleased when I saw these earrings online.I ordered them immediately and did not wait for the show.I am pleased with the look of the earrings.The gold is lovely and so are the sapphires.I am not crazy about the Ammolite.The colours are muddy.There is little contrast of colours.However,from a distance the gold and sapphires glow and look lovely.I do love the designs that Korite produces.I now have three pieces of Ammolite and I realize that unless I am willing to spend alot more money on each piece,I will never have a piece of Ammolite like I see during Ken's shows.

I have been waiting for a nice pair of ammolite earrings that was affordable and I am so glad that I ordered this pair! I love that they are gold - I find the gold plating is just the right colour and looks to me like a real 14k earring. Because the gold plating is on the earring and not next to my skin I am hoping that the gold plating will last for a long time. The ammolite in this pair of earrings is the nicest ammolite I have received from Korite. It has colour variations and striations. This looks to me like what ammolite should look like. The style of this earring is simple but elegant - I would wear for any occasion. They are somewhat dainty but can definately be seen on your ear. I would give them a 10/10 and would recommend to a friend!
