Nordic Ware is a family-owned, American manufacturer of kitchenware products founded in 1946. From their home office in Minneapolis, Minnesota, they have marketed an extensive line of quality cookware, bakeware, microwave and barbecue products for the last 60-plus years.

Nordic Ware's first products were ethnic bakeware products such as our Rosette Iron, Ebleskiver Pan and Krumkake Iron. An innovative manufacturer and marketer, Nordic Ware is best known for its Bundt Pan. Today, there are nearly 60 million Bundt pans in kitchens across America. Nordic Ware, a pioneer in microwave cookware, introduced the patented Micro-Go-Round (automated food rotator) and revolutionized microwave cooking. Although the company's first products were ethnic bakeware products such as the Rosette Iron, Ebleskiver Pan and Krumkake Iron, Nordic Ware is best known for its Bundt® Pan; it was after a large bake off in 1966 where the winning recipe, the Tunnel of Fudge cake, was baked in a Bundt Pan, that the popularity of the Bundt Pan among the general public skyrocketed. The fact that the finished Bundt® cake was easy to make, had a majestic appearance and required limited skills or effort gave it broad appeal. It could be easily cut into 24 even servings and its appearance was impressive, which made it ideal for entertaining. With all of these attributes, Bundt® soon became a household word that endures today.
