Body Vibe Cobblestone Reflexology Mat

I have my mat in the hallway between the kitchen and living room and so have to walk on it a lot. It feels great on my feet.

I only wish it were made with plastic resin stones or real stones and they gave us some glue as one of the stones was completely smashed when it arrived.

I put the mat in the hallway where everyday I could walk on it. I started out gradually wearing thick socks & after a period of time, it really is not as painful (as when I first started). I have had friends over to try it & it is "lightweight" but durable. I would recommend starting out gradually & slowly & working up to where you do start to "feel comfortable".

I started to use the mat a few minutes at a time and worked up to 10 minutes within a week. Like any excercise program I knew I had to literally take it one step at a time. I saw Susan (host) using the mat and noticed when it started to hurt her feet; so, I knew what to expect. Combine the walking on the mat with deep breathing and it's a good feeling.

I think this product is great, I put it down on the carpet in the living room and I make sure I walk on it every ten minutes while I am home.
It massages your feet in a special way. I love this idea.

I set up the mat in the hallway with the plan that I would use it regularly - however, I did not realize it would be so painful! I've only tried it barefoot and will try it again with socks on, but the climate recently has not been conducive to wearing socks. Suggest people try the mat for a few seconds at a time rather than the 5-10 minutes mentioned in the manual.
