Shipping was speedy, arrived within a few days. Well packed product. Easy clear instructions. Coffee pods taste delicious and quick to make! Cost is about 50 cents to $1 per pod.

Only reason i give this a four star is because not all grocery stoes carry the pods and even when you do find them, you are limited to what they carry. So if you want the special flavors, need to order on the internet.

All in all, i would recommend this product.

lovely machine and great coffee. it looks nice on my counter top,and does not take up too much space.

I have owned two other brands of coffee machines but this is by far the best. It is easy to use and makes wonderful coffee.

This is the best of the best!! The flavors are amazing! It is so nice to have one of the bold coffees before the day starts and then a nice specialty drink at night to unwind. I am very pleased that I bought it as a Today's Showstopper. I have tried almost all the flavors and they are wonderful. Great product and am not overwhelmed with so many different varieties to try!

I have tried other one serve coffee maker brands but they just don't compare to the taste and flavor of the Dolce Gusto. Love it.

I absolutely love this machine. I had a smaller model but it didn't measure the water. So it is so nice to have this machine that measures exactly the amount of water needed. And yes, the flavor is superior.

I bought this for myself for Christmas and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it arrived in Winnipeg!

It is a fabulous machine, a little loud when pumping water but otherwise a great addition to the kicthen.

The pod design means that the holder remains clean and you can switch between milk pods and coffee pods with no cross contamination.

I love the wheel that allows you to adjust the strength of each cup and 15 bars of pressure means that you get a lovely, creamy layer of crema on every cup.

My Mom has a Kuerig and it makes good coffee but I waited to get a machine like this as I love lattes and such and this give real coffe-house flavour. Because it is originally European you can order specialty roasts through EBay and get Porteguese or Spanish (etc) coffee pods that work in this machine.

Have tried all the pods that came with the machine and liked them all. The Americano is a little too strong for my taste and the Chai Tea Latte a little sweet but all have good flavour.

If you want a machine that makes a real latte for 10% of the cost at a shop this is the one for you. I have already reordered my favorites!

Enjoy using the difference flavors..and a great treat when using a clear glass it makes it more appetizing. However, I really like strong coffee and find them a little weak for me. But great for a change and treat. Also when you want replacements it is a little pricey in the stores...even looking for them in the States; but great for company and cheaper than purchasing at Speciality Coffee Restaurents.

I bought mine as a Today Showstopper and got it on December 21st and love it.It makes some of the best coffee I've ever drank and you definitely cut the sugar in half when you use the Dolce Gusto. Sometimes I don't even add sugar. When you use this brewer the water that comes out is really hot and stays that way for a good 25 mintues before it will cool down and most coffee's and tea's you get in store cools down within 10 mintues and become cold really fast.

If you are thinking about getting a coffee maker than you should definietly get a Dolce Gusto cause it makes way more than coffee and worth the price.

The machine is excellent, make coffee with good crema, but unfortunatly the coffee quality is not up to the machine.

I am use to freshly ground italian expresso beans, so it did not work for me but hopefully the company will come up with greater variety and quality in the future
