Resturant Style Food Without the Cost!!

This is the second book by Todd Wilbur that I have purchased. Lot of great recipes in here.

I am giving a 4 star rating only because I haven't had a chance to try out any of the recipes yet, however; I am confident they will be as good as in the previous book. I really like having all the nutritional information and tips.

I love Todd's books

I just ordered this book. I have 2 others and I love them, not just for the recipes but for the reading and the tips he gives. My favorite recipe so far is from Red Lobster and it was in the 2nd book I got, on the shopping channel, last year or the year before. It is for the Cheddar, Garlic Biscuits that Red Lobster serves at the beginning of a meal. There used to be one of these restaurants about a 2 hour drive from my home and whenever I made the trip, I went there just for the biscuits.It closed several years ago. Well, now I can make them myself and I do, often. The recipe in Todd's book is so simple and quick to do and tastes just like the original ones. I have served them to friends and given them the recipe and they agree. This recipe alone was worth the price of the book. Also, Todd gave a tip for using baking mix and making it rise more and be flakier and now, when I make my regular tea biscuits from scratch, I use his tip and what a difference it makes. Buy this book. I can't wait to get this new one to see what is in it and what I want to try. Such fun and a lot less expensive then a trip to the restaurants, considering that in my town, we have 4 fast food outlets and a Pizza Delight.
