My husband suffers from arthritis in his back. Sometimes the pain is so bad he cannot move at all. I purchased the Teeter Hang Up as a last resort, thinking we had nothing to lose. Well, he absolutely loves it! He feels his back muscles stretching and the pain has subsided. As for the comments about it being hard to assemble, my husband says all that is needed is patience. He is completely happy with the product.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Too hard to assemble
Unless you have other tools then the ones provided don't buy this thing. One of the holes was too small and I had to use a round file to make it bigger. The instructions are not the best. It works as described and probably is a great item.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

What a wonderful product!!
I use my 'Teeter' every morning 10 min and the same every evening.Had a spinal operation as a youngster and my spine was a issue. Now that I use mine daily my spine and posture are the best at 69 years young. Everyone I talk to knows of this product and confirms it works and they all wish they had one. This is a must as you get on in years if you wish optimun spinal health.

Attractive but stick with the old model.
from Kitchener, Ontario
This item was delivered and dumped in my apartment lobby by Purolator when I wasn't home. If it weren't for the fact that it comes in such a large box and is quite heavy, I would have been worried that it could have been stolen. Anyone passing by on the street could see it,as could anyone entering or leaving the lobby. I bought this inverter to replace an older model Teeters inverter with a one piece square flat bed. The new one is quite attractive looking but the bed comes in several pieces and it was time consuming to put the whole unit together, and requires at least two people to do it. The attachable headrest doesn't stay in place when inverted, and the footrests rotate back and forth instead of remaining securely in place when stepping on or off the unit. I have not been able to tighten them to prevent this. The massage balls are gimmicky and aren't recommended for use if you like to fully invert, which I do. In retrospect, I wish I had of ordered a replacement older model. The construction of the old model felt more secure and it took far less time to assemble. While this new unit looks good, I don't feel it's much of an improvement in functionality and feels less sturdy in construction.

Not finished putting it together
Found it not difficult to read to put it together but thought the screws would be with part belongs to. Had to force the Rear Ankle bar that states just to slid it in hole, didn't fit but have to really force it. Not good for people with hand issues. Could not call the company as they close at 4:00 for Customer Service. Hope I enjoy the product once done, Hope this can help someone put it together.
