Close to 100 of the coins in this set are one year only special issue commemoratives.

Highlights of the older coins in the collection include four large silver dollars dating from the late 1800's to 1935, all in brilliant uncirculated condition. Silver half dollars include a coin dated 1892 or 1893 celebrating the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus first arriving America, as well as a Liberty Head half dollar issued between 1892 and 1915, a Liberty Walking half dollar issued from 1916 to 1947, a Benjamin Franklin coin issued from 1948-1963, and a Kennedy half dollar issued from 1964-1970. Silver quarters and dimes also span from the turn of the century to modern times. Several different early nickels include classic Buffalo coins and small cents date back to the late 1800s Indian head coins. Three very early issue highlights of this collection include a large cent dated from 1816-1857, a two cent coin dated from 1864-1873, and a three cent coin dated from 1865-1889. Two uncirculated United States Philippines coins dated from 1937 to 1945 are also included.

All of the more modern coins in the collection are in superb brilliant uncirculated condition, while the early coins are in very good to excellent collectible condition. The coins will come presented in a custom display album. 14 of the coins in the collection are struck in silver, including large silver dollars and half dollars.
