Sam & Kate Satchel Your World

Another great choice from Sam & Kate! I ordered this bag in 2 colors:the orange/choclate combination and it is lovely. The orange is vivid and the hardware is a beautiful champagne gold. The only ngative is the leather on the detachable shoulder strap.... could be padded for a more comfortable feel on the shoulder. I am keeping this one for sure. The other bag was in the cognac/black combo. Unfortunately I had to send it back due to poor stitching on all the handles. I really do like Sam & Kate, but I guess things are still a work in progress. One thing I recommend is to voice your concerns as I feel Sam & Kate listen to our feedback and will make the changes they need to keep their customers happy.

This was the first Sam & Kate bag I purchased and will be the last. The bag is poorly made and the leather looks cheap. It was also sloppily packaged with both side flaps bent back. For the cost, I was definitely expecting a better bag. From now on I am sticking to Soprano bags.

I received my bag in orange. Not what I expected. Leather is so thin, the color looks wrong and the hardware was not well centered. The handle was not well done, not well sewed.. I bought 3 of these bags and I retruned them all for the same reasons. Sorry, the colors seemed so nice on TV. I will stick to Allibelle, Muxo, Oryany and B.Markowsky from now on. I think there is a direct correlation between the price you pay and the quality you get.
