Hush Puppies Vintage Ladies Slip-On Shoe

I've been looking for a grey loafer for some time now. Finally, I found this great pair. Very comfortable and very on trend. The do fit a tad small. I normally take a size 6 but find I need the 6.5 in any Hush Puppies.

For me, these shoes did not work very well because I'm not really a flat shoe wearer, I usually like to wear a small heel at the back, it just balances my foot a little better. When I saw that these shoes actually did have a bit of a heel I ordered the tan colour, which turned out to be more of a light brown. When I put them on, they felt comfortable, but when I started to walk, I noticed that they felt extremely flat, whereby I actually had to try really hard to lift my feet off the ground to walk because there was no "lift" to them. The reason for this is because the sole of the shoe is the exact same height as the heel. Perhaps if they had make the sole thinner, or the heel a bit higher, then they would have been perfect for me. Although they are a nice-looking, everyday wear sort of shoe, they are not for me, so regrettably, I had to send them back.

I ordered these shoes in the grey color in my regular size 7. The shoes feel very comfortable and look great with my dress pants. I walk a great deal at work and these shoes felt as good at the end of the day as they did at the beginning of the day.
