Only Accessories Printed Animal Scarf

Very colorful. Can wear with many outfits and in many ways. Great price.

I love color and how they work together. this scarf fit the bill perfectly for me. The size is just right for me, sometimes you don't want a huge scarf. It wraps around the neck just right, covering you know what!!!

Generally speaking, this is a lovely scarf that goes beautifully with just about every colour. I purchased the "purple" and the colours are vividly jewel-toned. Gorgeous! One thing that's not evident in the photo is that there are 6 ½ bands running lengthwise, alternating between shiny opaque & matte transparent on one side, matte opaque & matte transparent on the reverse. The feel is okay – it feels like polyester.

So why only 3 stars? First of all, the price. In perfect condition, this scarf is really not worth more than half the regular price that TSC is charging. After all, it's made of 100% polyester and it's made off-shore.

And, most importantly, it's not made very well. So what could be so difficult about creating a rectangular piece of cloth, you ask? For one thing, the thread used for stitching the edges seems to be a bit thick for this fabric, causing puckering and pulling along the edges which, in turn, is causing the little holes where the thread goes in to stretch.

AND the scarf is not stitched all the way around!! There's a good-sized area of one corner that is not stitched AT ALL – it's just raw-edged fabric!!

In the last few months, I have been getting very fed up with the lack of quality control from several of TSC's vendors. In the last 3 months alone, I received this badly-sewn scarf, two tops where the stitching on the shoulder seams was horribly bunched up, a dress with a crooked neckline, another dress with an obviously uneven hem, crooked reading glasses, and a jacket that smelled of shipping chemicals and had a puckery bulge below one pocket which, it appeared, someone had tried very sloppily to correct by hand-sewing on the inside! Not to mention the wonky sizing where the sizing charts have no resemblance to reality.

Prices at TSC (like pretty much everywhere) are constantly rising – even though an increasing number of companies are having their products made off-shore to SAVE money. Yet, concurrently, quality is dropping – and that should NEVER happen! Especially when we customers end up losing the cost of shipping & handling plus tax to return an item that NEVER should have been sent to us in the first place! For instance, if you JUST buy this scarf (without multi-packing) and return it, you'll lose 35% of your overall purchase price! Just for the "privilege" of checking it out! Perhaps, until quality improves, we customers would be better served at retails stores where at least we can examine an item for quality and fit BEFORE we put down any of our hard-earned cash – and risk losing a chunk of it to boot.
