Joan Rivers Floral Border Boyfriend Shirt

I love this shirt, bought it in champagne. Looks stunning and comfortable,it is a bit roomy but I don't mind.

LOVE this shirt. Did not see it on air, but have been viewing it on line. When I decided that I would purchase this shirt, my colour preference was leaning to champagne. I thought the floral pattern appeared subdued, not as over powering. Unfortunately my size was no longer available, so I went with the purple. I'm so pleased - the fabric has a luxurious quality & feel & the colour is rich & vibrant. The floral border detail is executed beautifully. As usual, the construction of this boyfriend shirt is impeccable.

As a short but overweight woman, I really like the sizing of this blouse (I bought many similarly-sized Joan Rivers blouses for that reason). It fits really well (I don't find it too large) and the sleeves are not excessively long (the sleeves are the main reason many other clothes fit poorly). I got this blouse in Purple and I would love to have it in more colours (if not, it's because my size, 1X, is out of stock or because, having bought so many blouses lately, I decided to pass after all). The fabric is some kind of satin (something formal in any case): shiny but slightly stiff. It is opaque (that's a good thing) and the embroidery is very beautiful and in good taste, not too flashy. Thus, the blouse is formal but does not look out of place in an office during the day, at least not in purple. With the top button unbuttoned, it is not revealing any cleavage, even when looking down at my breasts (that, too, is a good thing). I simply washed it by hand in hot water and I can see why the instructions say otherwise: the water became purple. Overall, a great buy!

This shirt is beautiful and the design on it is lovely, but I sent it back. I keep forgetting that Joan's clothes are not for a tall person. The darts in the bust are high and when worn it went up in the back and think that was because of the pleat in the back. They did a lovely job with the buttons and the finishing ,but it just didn't hang right on me.

You've done it again Joan! The quality of this shirt is spectacular and the color is stunning. I am loving these boyfriend shirts. Please bring in more.

Purchased this shirt in the teal and am thrilled with the spectacular colour, which of course matches Joan Rivers jewellery perfectly. The fabric looks exactly like silk but unfortunately is hot as it is polyester. The fit is large so will be able to wear it as a jacket . Simply beautiful shirt.
