Ultimate Neck Pillow

This pillow fits nicely around the neck whether one is sitting or lying down.
It doesn't lose its form during use and feels comfortable without feeling hot.
I didn't like the strange plastic smell after opening it and it has taken a week to disapate.
Also there is a zipper on the pillow which opens to loose foam filling.
There should be at least some minimal covering of the filler in order to wash the outer cover.
I would otherwise return it due to the poor design regarding the filler but I have used this product for a week.
The manufacturer should consider hygenic issues in regards to the filler and outer shell.
