Bottom's up for a real treat with Saxon Organic Drinking Chocolate, made with honest to goodness dark organic chocolate shavings for a rich, flavourful drink you'll adore. Available in four delectable flavours: Real Dark, Aztec Spice, Crème Brulée and Cinnamon.
• Saxon Organic Drinking Chocolate
• Ratio: 1oz (28g) Saxon Drinking Chocolate to every 6oz (150ml) of milk
• Oven method: mix chocolate with a small amount of milk & gently warm over low heat
• When chocolate is melted, add the remaining milk, and continue to stir
• Let simmer a few minutes before serving
• Microwave method: mix chocolate with 1oz milk in a cup
• Melt in microwave on medium heat, then stir
• Add remaining milk, return to microwave and heat until steaming
• Steamed method: mix 3oz steamed milk with chocolate & stir until melted
• Add remaining steamed milk & top with frothed milk. Garnish with chocolate bits.
