NordicTrack® T5.1 Treadmill

The machine is well built but took two people to assemble due to weight in moving, etc. It is quiet and definitely glad we purchased. Bought the extended warranty for extra protection.

I've had my treadmill for about a month now and I have to say it's wonderful! I love it and would definately recommend. The only negative comment I would make is regarding iFit. It's not as simple as you'd think it should be. And definately a hassle to set up.

I am out of shape so the onboard routines are very helpful. I started using the incline funtion, this gave me a good workout that I could sustain. The I FIT is an addon.

The main complaint was that it took a month to be delivered. Manual could be a little clearer on how to use all the panels workout modes but other than those minor complaints it's a very good treadmill.

I bought this treadmill as a Showstopper, so I didn't have to pay for shipping, which was a huge savings. Fortunately, I have a husband and two strong adult sons, or we never would have got it into the basement, which will be its permanent home, so I agree with the fact that it is super heavy and that might be a problem for some. It is super easy to put together--one of my sons and I did it in less than two hours. 'Left' and 'right' parts are clearly labelled, which really helped.
The machine looks great, and works well, too. Has lots of great features, which will be good for a family whose age range is from 22 to 60. So far I am very happy with the product, and I love the many easy pays,which makes it affordable!

Ordered 1/1/13. Shopping Channel declined my debit card w/ visa logo so order was almost canceled unless I paid by credit card. Because of this our shipment was delayed and was not delivered until 1/27/13 by third party courier who single handedly dropped our machine off the back of the truck, drug it to the front door, slid it inside and left. The box was completely mangled and I was nervous to even open it seeing how badly the outside was. Shopping Channel advised to set up and if issues, said they would send a replacement if broken. Set up took one person 3.5 hrs. NEED 2 people to lift and move. Other than that, the machine runs fine, but I made sure to purchase the extended warranty just to be on the safe side.

We purchased this treadmill January 1st. It was delayed in shipping (took over 3 weeks from purchase date). It took about 1 hour to assemble. Shortly after assembly though, we noticed a hole in the shroud covering the motor about 6 inches in diameter. We promptly called Nordic. Without answer, we then e-mailed them. Their reply was to register the product. After doing this, we then continued to exchange e-mails with often a 2-day delay in reply. With nearly 3 weeks of horrible customer service, including representatives passing the buck or having to consult their supervisor, we now have to miss work for someone to come to assess the damage. Then we will likely have to miss work for someone to repair damage that looks like it was made by a fork lift, yet the box it was packaged in has no signs of damage. So far we have not been even able to plug in our first pruchase of the year for fear of voiding a warranty, let alone enjoy using our treadmill. Also, when asking the repair company "What has taken so long for someone to come to look at the treadmill?", their reply was, "Well, it's an hour drive from our shop to your house and we had to wait for comformation that we would be compensated for our travel time." (it's only 40 kms from the repair shop to our house).

Pain to set up, as not one extra screw or bolt.The speakers aren't worth using. Have had another Nordic Track treadmill much easier to disassemble and move but this one is quieter and a more sturdier base . Don't buy this, if moving often.Got a good deal.

I like being able to change speed and incline easy. A fairly quiet running machine and a great addition to our home gym. Would not recommend if you have to move around ...way too heavy .......set up and use ...perfect ...easy assembly

The treadmill is a lot larger than I expected, while the dimensions are listed it is quite a large treadmill compared to others that I have seen. It makes a little noise when you are jogging, but the sound is not overbearing. When we assembled it we noticed that the belt has a mark on it across, maybe it is the seam, which can be quite an eye sore. I have tried the circuit program, which takes you across various inclines. The inclination goes to about 20, and you can really feel it at level 10. It changes speeds and inclinations quickly. The sound system on the treadmill is great and easy to use; simply connect your ipod to the speaker. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

We received the package in less than 2 weeks, about 10 days. My only complaint is that they refused to bring it inside the house, but rather just put it in our garage. It is VERY heavy, you will need 2-3 ppl to bring it inside.
