A month after using the watch, where the strap attaches to the watch broke. Now I cannot wear the watch.Keeps dropping the Bluetooth connection even though the cell phone is on my belt. Not impressed with the quality.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Nice watch but returned

Watch was very nice but calling and receiving phone calls worked intermittently. Not as good as I had hoped so returned 1 day after receiving.

I bought the orange for my son and it was too snug on his wrist, so I have returned it which has been quite an experience. There was no return slip in the package and it had to go to a different address, so I phoned customer service to do this the right way? I put the packing slip on the outside and used the small label with the barcode which was to ensure I was not charged for shipping, didn't happen the past office refused to take it. So I had to write up a piece of paper with the products address and paid $19.20 to return the watch. I was not impressed as it turned out to be approx $30 to find out it didn't fit my son. Granted this is the first time I have had a return problem, but TSC should make mention on the website about returning this and ensuring the appropriate labels for returns are included.

I got mine on Tuesday. I charged it up overnight, but it's frozen. Even using the reset hole doesn't work. I called TSC on Wednesday morning, and rthey said they had to get a "return authorization " number. It is now Saturday, and I still havent got it.

android smartwatch not
Like the other comment I am returning this tomorrow. This is a horrible watch. horrible sound and the microphone doesn't work. I guess wait for them to get better before a person buys. Worst purchase I have made yet.

I am very deeply disappointed with this product. The phone call quality is poor, the sound music is ugly sounding, no option to send a text, blue tooth is not solid, only two options of time display, no viewing of pictures, no head set jack, I can keep going.This product is only useful if you want a quick look notification but that's depending if the blue tooth can stay connected. Drains cell phone battery also with blue tooth. Returning package one day after testing it. Do not buy this product.
