Lots and lots of pumpkin orange and white blooms will cover the tops of these stalks from mid to late summer. Plant 'Lady Alice' in a rather heavy soil with an ample supply of humus and good drainage. Remove faded flowers and do not cut back stems until autumn. Colonies of bulbs can be left undisturbed for years but should be lifted and separated when they become overcrowded. Makes an excellent cut flower, very fragrant and particularly pretty!
