Paderno's EcoPan is a nature-conscious addition to any kitchen. In this set, you'll receive 2 EcoPans, which are made of heavy gauge aluminum, with a 3.6mm thickness that offers superior performance. These pans are completely PFOA & PTFE chemical free, and allows high heat cooking up to 750°F.

• Interior has 100% ceramic non-stick coating that is 6x stronger than traditional non-stick coatings
• Stay cool steel handle has a removable silicone wrap that is oven safe to 400°
• Handle is secured with triple rivets
