1. All purchases and Easy Pay installments billed to your The Shopping Channel Credit Card account between October 19, and December 31, 2012 will be eligible to earn Pay Back Rewards Savings Card Total.

2. If a purchase or Easy Pay installment was included in your Rewards Eligible Total, and the purchase was subsequently returned or a credit was given, the return or credit will be deducted from your Rewards Eligible Total. The amount will be deducted even if the return or credit is billed after the end of the promotional period (ie. after December 31, 2012).

3. If you transfer Easy Pay installments from another credit card to The Shopping Channel Credit Card account, the installments billed to your account between October 19 and December 31, 2012 will be included in your Rewards Eligible Total.

4. The value of the Pay Back Reward will be based on your Rewards Eligible Total as of December 31, 2012. If your Rewards Eligible Totalis less than $500, your Pay Back Savings Card will be issued in the amount of 2.5% or your Rewards Eligible Total. If your Rewards Eligible Total is greater than or equal to $500, your Pay Back Savings Card will be issued in the amount of 5% of your Rewards Eligible Total. Pay Back Savings Card amounts will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.

5. The minimum Pay Back Savings Card issued will be in the amount of $2.00 and your Rewards Eligible Total must be $80 or more to receive a Pay Back Savings Card.

6. Pay Back Savings Cards will be issued in February 2013 and will have an expiry date of May 31, 2013. Only one Savings Card will be issued per account. The Savings Card will be issued to the primary cardholder only, and will be mailed or emailed to the address on file at the time of issue.

7. Pay Back Savings Cards are redeemable for any purchase with The Shopping Channel, excluding gift cards. Savings Cards have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash or used as payment towards The Shopping Channel Credit Card. If a Savings Card is redeemed for merchandise, and the merchandise is returned, the amount of the Savings Card redeemed may be forfeited, or replaced with a Savings Card of an equivalent amount at our sole discretion.

8. The promotion will apply to you provided that your account remains in good standing and is in full compliance with the terms contained in the Cardholder Agreement throughout the promotion period. If at any time your account is not in good standing during the promotion period, or if your account is not in good standing or is closed at the time the Pay Back Savings Card is issued, you will be ineligible for the promotion and will not receive a Savings Card.

9. This offer is subject to credit approval and you must have a The Shopping Channel Credit Card account to take advantage of this offer.

10. This promotion is available for your personal purchases only. We reserve the right to limit award of Pay Back Savings Cards for products purchased for commercial use, resale, or quantities beyond reasonable household amounts at our sole discretion.

11. We may cancel, limit, suspend or otherwise alter any aspect of this promotion without notice. We assume no liability in the event your Savings Card is lost, stolen, misdirected, fraudulently used, or otherwise.
