Suggested Usage:
• Using a brush, apply a base colour from lash line to brow bone to prime the eye area.
• Next apply a second layer (wet or dry) on the crease, on the lid, or on a combination of both.
• Darker colours will create depth and drama, lighter shades will enhance and bring forward.
• Lastly, apply a liner shade (wet or dry) close to the lash line to enhance the eye shape and the lashes.
