On a scale of 1-6, 1 being very fair and 6 being very dark, the Tanda Me Face Kit is safe for skin types 1-4.
What it does:

Tanda me™ combines Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and Radio Frequency (RF) to help deliver safe, fast and convenient at-home hair removal. Suggested Usage:
You use me™differently on the face than the body, so it's important to read the user guide before use.
• Step 1: Prep skin for treatment. Cleanse your skin and remove the hair on the surface of the skin with tweezers, wax, shaver etc.
• Conceal delicate areas such as lip edges and moles with the included white eyeliner and put on protective eyewear
• Step 2: Turn me™ on. Press the power button and select the low elos™ level on the base of the unit
• Press the elos™ button on the side of the applicator to activate the elos™ technology
• Step 3: Treat. Hold the upper part of the me™ applicator without touching the two grip sensors and gently position it on the area of the face you want to treat
• Briefly touch both grip sensors with your thumb and forefinger of your other hand and release after a single pulse
CAUTIONS/DISCLAIMERS/TEST PATCH INFORMATION: You should not use Tanda me™ on the face if: If your face is skin type 5 or 6 (approved for skin types 1-4 only), if your facial skin is sunburned or very tanned. If you have undergone any professional treatments such as chemical peels, laser/light/radio frequency treatments or injected dermal fillers within the past 3 months, If you have undergone any facial surgery such as a face lift or facial implants in the last three months or before completed healing.
