Unique Ring But Some Design Flaws
from LOrignal Ontario Canada
While I do like this ring, the metals do not look as nice as they do in the TSC photo. They are bit dull and are closer together in colour so there is not such a dramatic difference betw. the colours. This was disappointing since that was one thing I liked about the ring. The amethyst stones are nice and well set. I had no idea when I bought it that the metals were so soft. I accidentally gently brushed my finger against something and the outer ring arms bent right up! I bent them back down again but it is not quite the same, and also - you can only do that so many times before metal fatigue will cause them to break off. The arms of metal are only soldered in a few places, so there is a big risk that this will happen again.
Very attractive ring
from Northern Ontario
I have the purple ting and love it BUT don't put your hand in your pockets - the swirl ends completely spread apart and it's really hard to push them back together. I have caught my ring numerous times - wish the ends had been soldered together. Have caught it on my couch, on my sleeve, and even in my purse. Am keeping it and will return it to the supplier for fixing when I cannot bend it back into shape. Have had lots of compliments on it and I really like it. I like to wear rings 24/7 and this one you cannot. I always forget to take it off when at home to save the frustration of having to bend it back into place.
After reading the previous review I just had to add my thoughts. The ring is unique and I love the way it caresses my finger. The placement of the stones is a perfect punctuation to the movement of the three different metals. I wear it on my fore finger and have received countless compliments. It is a delicate ring so one must be careful in putting on and taking off.

I bought this ring in the garnet and it's a stunner! The garnets are deeply saturated in colour (almost a vibrant blood red). It's a statement piece that's not too big.I reduced the rating by one star because my ring came with scuff marks on the silver portion of the ring. I believe it's from shipping and since the garnet sold out, exchanging it is not an option. Still a beautiful piece.

I'm not crazy about this ring. It's very lightweight, and I'm not sure I like the combination of metals in this particular case. It reminds me of a Christmas ornament for some reason. The three metal strands are soldered at the bottom, and fan out at the top. I'm afraid if I catch it on something, the top section could easily come apart. The garnets are lovely; very rich in color. I'm sure this will appeal to others, but it's not my thing.
