really the best

i don't have any complain about this machine. it is just as described and can be compared to the machines used at the gym. it doesn't move no matter how fast you go. i'm very satisfied of my product this time. you can set the time and the intensity, see the calories and they have many preset progamms too. just love it

ps: the calories is not totally accurate since you don't put your weight on the machine; but it' still can be trusted.

Works as advertised

Good quality machine and easy to use. Just get on and go; no complicated routines to learn. Very sturdy; doesn't move while you're on it even at full speed.

Set up wasn't too complicated but use your own tools as those provided are not very ergonomic, especially for those of us with arthritic hands.

One negative was that the stride length wasn't stated in the overview, it is 16". If you are over 5'3" tall this is too short for you to get a good range of motion and a proper workout.

This machine also only works with an adapter, no battery compartment. That would be fine, except the cord is too short and you are limited to having your machine very close to the wall.

Overall, I'm happy with it and would recommend it to my shorter friends.

After a lot of frustration trying to repair this machine and then it breaks again after only 3 months of use, my advice is to not buy any piece of exercise equipment online. I found the stride length too short for even myself and I am only 5 feet tall. It wasn't difficult to put together, but was very time consuming and the instructions weren't very clear in some parts. Go to [@], etc... You can try the machines out, and can from some places arrange for both delivery and set up. If something breaks on the machine, you can get it replaced or fixed locally. Of course the shopping channel says you can return it, but after it's put together, do you really want to attempt to dissemble it and pack it back up and then lug it to the post office???? I sure don't.
