Looking like a millionare

I received so many compliments about my broach, I would have bought it long ago. It will not be removed from my coat. My daughter in law told me that I should wear it for my daughter's wedding this August. Think I will. The Shopping Channel is the best thing since cold molasses.Thank you for such great service, and wonderful products. HAPPY NEW YEAR. I tell everyone about the shopping channel.

I would like to add to my first review about my order. It stated, in a nutshell, I would have saved 11.00 over what I had paid if I hadn't bought when I did. According to my order history I HAD placed my order on the 21st, the day the promo "bling" started but had ordered too early in the day. The promo started at 10 pm. which I wasn't even aware of. I think TSC should start practicing better PR because this incident has put a bad taste in my mouth and has made me rethink of how and where I'm spending my money.

Bought 3. All were gifts for Christmas. First time to wear, the snowflake brooch breaks! The clasp just snapped. How embarrassing to give a gift that is inferior of quality. Back it goes..not sure if I want to replace it with another poor quality one...hoping the other 2 will be ok and not break!!

Zero Quality Control For the Past Number of Years!!!!

We all have heard the saying "Fool me once, shame on you; Fool me twice (or 100 times), shame on me!!"

This has been ongoing with my shopping experience at TSC now for at least five or more years. Prior to this, it was a rare occurrence. I'm a long time, dedicated customer who has spent literally thousands each month, and the quality is getting worse with each order. I'm actually afraid to open my parcels now and, believe me, I receive a few each week! I was really looking forward to this snowflake pin, but you'd think after this long, I'd realize that when thousands are mass produced, the quality is simply not there. I just opened my pin and low and behold, no pin!! I could wear it as a pendant but that's not why I purchased this piece. I continue to to tell myself that I'm not shopping at TSC any longer, but I guess you can't fix stupid! It's my own fault after this long. With every single order there is always something that has to be returned! It's so frustrating as I no longer have door-to-door mail service so having to walk quite a way and right now in southern Alberta wasn't enjoyable at -16 degrees!! Now I have to call TSC, wait on hold, and walk even further to another location to mail it back. I'm so sick and tired of this. Is it too much to ask employees to check items before sending them out? Apparently so! This is getting out of hand, annoying, frustrating, unacceptable, and is making customers shop at other online companies. There are plenty more out there now and lots that don't charge restocking fees. I'm so done!! The bad has now outweighed the good with this company, and with Richard leaving there'll be even less reasons to shop here (a huge loss for TSC). I know that I'm not the only unhappy customer who sees this once great place to shop nothing but frustrating! Also, many times jewellery arrive in boxes that look like they've been run over by a truck, are filthy, with the jewellery chains often in knots and/or have missing stones!! What a great presentation when giving your purchase as a gift!! These are obviously returned items that no one took the time to check!
