Generations 1912 takes us back to a time when jewellery was a blend of craftsmanship and art, with pieces ranging from Victorian era style to Art Deco and Art Nouveau to the 1940s. Each piece in the Generations 1912 collection has been reproduced using the original model and then set and hand-finished by specialty trained jewellers.

With a luxurious style inspired by Art Deco, this ring features black moonstone accented by white sapphire and set in sterling silver. Moonstone has a rich history with abundant folklore; black moonstone, in particular, is believed to deflect negative energy and encourage inspiration, and symbolizes new beginnings. This enchanting ring will make the perfect accessory to complement a dressed-up day look or a glamorous evening out and, over time, it may even earn the status of a beautiful heirloom piece. It's available at a great value and is exclusive to TSC!

Further to my previous review, I have been wearing this ring daily. In love with it. The more I look at it, the more I love it . Beautiful. Do not go by picture on line. This ring is a stunner in person. Do not hesitate to purchase!!

Beautifully crafted ring

I am pleased that I made this purchase. The ring is absolutely beautiful. The moonstone has it`s black speckles upon looking at it through a lit jeweler`s loupe and when the ring is moved it displays the most wonderful blue hue across the top of the dome. The green tourmalines add that contrast which I find very appealing. I am never disappointed buying from this line.

To the reviewer Bumble Bee in Edmonton: The gray/black moonstone is indeed a true moonstone. I did a comparison with my numerous pieces of Labradorite. The rock formation of Labradorite have quite a bit of cracking lines through the stone and the colors often shift at the start of each crack/or lines. Labradorite displays blues, greys, greens and golden yellows often in the same stone.

Thank you Bob for this magnificent creation. Truly delighted.

This ring is very beautiful. Does this line of jewelery ever disappoint? Never.
The black moonstone has a wonderful blue green glow. Specks of black. The accent stones(green) are very saturated. The setting is exquisitely designed. Substantial weight, very comfortable. Antique looking. Very satisfied. Thank you Gernerations 1912 and Bob for such unique jewelery.

Beyond What Was Expected!

I received my SS ring in rhodium plate with the green tourmaline today and couldn't be happier. The ring looks far nicer in person than it did on air. Thank you Bob. This is definitely a keeper and it's just beautiful. The dark moonstone reminds me of an expensive black opal. I just love it. I have quite a few pieces from Generations 1912 and this is one of my top two favourites. I must admit that I wasn't that impressed with the photos on TV and online, but I'm so thrilled that I ordered it. My only fear is that it will go half price in a couple of months. I hate it when that happens, but I suppose that's the chance to take. I'm just over the "moon" with this purchase! ;-)

Is it a Black Moonstone or a Labradorite??

When I received the ring I LOVED the chrome tourmaline and the deep blue sheen. A few years ago I purchased a ring at a gem and mineral show and was told by the seller that it was a Labradorite. When I compared the two rings, the stone is exactly the same including the deep blue sheen as the Generation 1912 ring. So, do I have a Labradorite ring or a Black Moonstone ring?? I am on the fence with this ring.

I would LOVE to see a ring with only chrome tourmaline.
