Each pan features an ergonomically designed long handle that keeps your hands further away from the heat source and has four rivets holding the stainless steel handle in place for extra strength. I've had my pans for over a year and love them. I've tried not following the directions exactly and found they did not work well. When I do follow the directions EXACTLY, they work like a dream. The instructions call for medium to medium-high. If by any chance I do get little burn marks in the pan, I do what Mark does on the show. Take a wet cloth & wipe the pan while it's still warm. They clean up like a dream. As for the oily goo someone mentioned, you're cooking at too high a temperature, and if you use a pan scrubber gently, it will come off.

Best Pans EVER!



Love this line. Have much of the collection and never has cooking been easier. Amazingly easy clean up. Cannot understand why others have had problems as I am not terribly careful with them and they take much abuse from me. Still look like new and have had them since the first time they were aired on TSC. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I love these pans. I have oredered a few an find they work great when you follow the instuctions. Medium heat and a small amount of oil if any. I have had the fry pans and the skillet since last year and they look like brand new. For those saying they have had problems I would say to follow instructions, if you buy them again. My husband makes a coated chicken receipe that he usually has to cook on high heat to keep the coating on using alot of oil. Well in these pans it's not done the same way, less oil and medium heat. They turn out great every time as do so many other things. I recently bought the lrg. baking sheet and cooked potatoe wedges, wow they were so crispy. LOVE,LOVE,LOVE these pans.

Do Not Throw GreenPans away! They work!



I bought the ShowStopper Greenpans after watching the chef worked with them on the Shopping Channel. Yes, I was VERY VERY FRUSTRATED with them when I used them the first few times. I couldn't believe all the burnt marks on the pans! So hard to wash & scrub off! Yes, I felt like throwing them away too!

However, after spending all that money on them, I swore I would give them another try! I changed my usually way of cooking with high heat and fast completion to medium heat and patiently-slow cooking. I was so pleased with the result! Not only I need very little oil, the food cooks well, caramelizes well, and natural juices of the ingredients retain in the food! Meat browns well in medium heat of Greenpan too. The pan spreads the heat very quickly, so you burnt your food when you use high heat!
I wouldn't deep-fry food with these pans!

HINT: MEDIUM HEAT, COOK SLOWLY and TAKE YOUR TIME while cooking your food!
Pans wash well after such cooking, hardly need scrubbing! I have bought more Greenpans since! I want to try out the wok!

BY THE WAY: if you do burn your Greenpan, use the liquid Cascade (dishwasher fluid). Put it on the burns, let stand for at least half an hour (the longer the better), then use a scrubber to gently remove the brown burns and stains!

Cooking should be a joy and not an annoyance!

Green Pan

I was so happy with the green pan when I first purchase the pans.After 12 months I found the pan to be difficult to clean: The warranty tells you that warranty on the coating is for 2 years, and the pan is under warranty for 5 yrs. What good is the pan if you don't have the coating.I did pack up my pans and sent them back to the company: Six weeks later the company replaced the pans: This made me happy: I took care of how I washed my pans , and I hope I don't have to send these pans back within the next 12 months:

Nonstick wears off quickly



Nonstick for about a month and then it wears off and food starts to stick quite abit. Will go back to teflon to avoid using so much oil to cook with. Construction of the pans is excellent though if only they could hold their nonstickiness.

Hate it. Worst cookware ever!!!!

Don't waste your money. Bought these and both pan and wok went bad in a month or so. Not happy at all. Returned them and only received the pan but no wok. Now the pan is no good again, but past the 30days warranty so can't get my refund. Still waiting after 3-4 months for TSC to refund my wok. Don't waste your money on these overpriced, under-performing cookware. Greenpan has soured my TSC shopping experience.


GreenPan 2pc. set



I was happy with my GreenPans for the first few months, then they became difficult to clean,and lost their non-stick quality. I did get a replacement from the company, but it was of a lesser quality pan. TSC will only quarantee this product for one month. I would not purchase this product again.


Having hard time to clean the green pans



I bought 2pcs. of green pan professional series and was very happy for first 2 weeks. After 2 weeks of using them I'm having problems, food sticks to it specially eggs and very hard to remove stains.
When I use lots of oil it seems OK, specially the frying pan, the wok is not so bad.
I'm planning to return the pans to the company for replacement.

I bought the Showstopper, which was a 10 inch frypan and a small omelette pan. They were fine the first few times, but then I started noticing a brown, gummy coating after cooking, left presumably by the small amount of oil that I used every time. It was very hard to remove without using an abrasive pad. I would have expected this if I was using high heat, but I always used medium. I even changed the oil I was using to see if that made a difference. I eventually threw out the 10 inch pan in disgust. I still have the omelette pan, but it's quite discoloured and the non-stick coating is no longer so. I don't want to send it back to the manufacturer for replacement because I don't ever want to see these pans in my kitchen again after I throw out the one I have left.
