I love this purse. It's very attractive (I have had compliments), it carries everything I want, it has good size compartments and it makes you feel safe because it blocks RFID scanners. What more could you possibly ask? Well I might ask for a colour in the brown family, but that's nit picking, isn't it?

2nd has same problem

I already did a review on this bag but I am back to let anyone who is considering purchasing this bag not to. I received my replacement bay and within a month or so I am having problems with the zipper sticking and it has started to fray in the same place as the previous bag. But this time its fraying on both zippers you open. Its a sturdy made bag but when it came to the zipper its very poorly made, very disappointed. To bad I put my old one in the garbage.

Not the red that I thought

Got this as part of a showstopper. Great cross body with lots of pockets A little larger than I thought but still looks great. My only concern was the colour. I received the passport holder as well and it was in red. Which was "red". The other items I would say we're a cross with red and burgandy. So that was my disappointment. I was looking forward to a bright red bag......

poor customer service/ problems with the zipper

Received this bag as a Christmas gift and had used it only a dozen times before the stitching by the zipper started to fray. My mother called customer service and was told because she purchased this bag for me for Christmas but bought it in the time frame for Christmas gifts. Customer service assured her Heys was a great company and would look after her. She called customer service and they told her to email the original bill, pictures of problem and what was wrong. I did this for her and received a email that I would have to bring it in to their Mississauga office to be looked at. In live in Pickering and I am handicapped. I asked them to send me a shipping label and I would send it to them. In was told warranty does not shipping. I then sent the bag back at my cost. We have now paid twice for shipping. I received an email starting they had received it and had been repaired. I received a second email stating they could not fix the bag and were sending a new one. I still love the bag but the new one still has problems with the zipper when you open it the whole way, it sticks and I have a hard time closing it. I have been long time customer as has my mother of the shopping channel, but we both were let down by them and Heys.
I would not recommend this bag as the new one still has issues and of the customer service you receive after.
