Cranberry Pear Balsamic:
Clean, crisp and tart. An amazingly fruity and complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications.

Uses :
• Fruit salad and green salad
• With gelatin for a gorgeous fruit aspic
• Marinade or glaze for poultry
• To flavour water, smoothies or cocktails!

Oil Pairings: Blood orange, Persian lime, Meyer lemon, Arbequina

Chocolate Balsamic:
A sweet, subtle chocolate flavour.

Uses :
• Marinades for beef, pork or chicken
• Dressings and dippings for bread
• Brush on cheesecake, fruit, yogurt or ice cream

  Basil, blood orange, Meyer lemon, Persian lime and butter

Blood Orange Olive Oil:
A beautiful citrus flavour! Fresh blood oranges, mixed with olives. This will leave your taste buds tingling with fresh citrus and a smooth finish.

Uses :
• Fresh salad dressings, over grilled chicken, tuna, and salmon
• Fantastic in brownies
• Drizzled over vanilla ice cream (think Creamsicle!)
• Wonderful on fennel, orange and olive salad.
• Fabulous on roasted cauliflower
• Make a fruity mayonnaise or citrus marinade

Vinegar Pairings: White cranberry pear, white tropical passion, chocolate, tangerine, coconut, espresso, white lemon, raspberry

Italian Herb Olive EVOO:
Full, lingering herb notes of rosemary, oregano and Italian herbs with a small peppery finish.

Uses :
• Brushed over grilled meats, sautéing or finishing
• In pasta with Parmigiano Reggiano, prosciutto and tomatoes
• Rice, risotto, potatoes and seasonal vegetables
• Serve with balsamic for dipping
