Great eye liner pencil but......
Dimitri, please bring this pencil back in betterworking order! This is a very good eye pencil liner but as we said in the reviews, the retractor mechanism does not work, it slides back in, won't hold while applying. I am very sensitive to everything and do likethis pencil, does not cause any irritation.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Nice liner !
I have an issue - oily lash lines! Liners etc. often seem to disappear at some point during the day, even the waterproof ones. So, before using any of Dimitri's liners, smudge sticks or shadows along the lash line, I gently swipe a Q-tip along that area to remove any excess natural oil, and migrant serums etc. It definitely improves ease of application plus the staying power, and dabbing a little shadow on top helps too. Wonder if his "oil control" powder would work? Hope this helps. The thicker, heavily pigmented smudge sticks give a more dramatic, bold line with opaque coverage, while these thinner liners are less opaque, and much easier to really get into the lash line for a defined or smudged look. Wish Dimitri would include a "smudge" tip brush.

Better & cheaper at drug store
This liner is going back. It's doesn't go on easily, the tip keeps retracting as you're trying to tug it over your skin, and it doesn't have staying power..a real disappointment and I cant believe anyone would give it a good review?..so disappointing from SKINN..

Definitley not a defining eyeliner!!
This product was soooo disappointing...it is not waterproof....it goes on smoothly but does not last...I tried applying it first and then applied my shadow over top...it rubbed off...Then i tried applying it on top of my shadow along the lash line and it again rubbed off. I love Skinn cosmetics but this eyeliner just doesn't cut it! I would not recommend to anyone.....
I love this liner. Find it stays on much of the day - even during the winter. Very easy to apply.

Skinn's Luxe Eye Pencil
This is the best eye pencil I have ever used! Colour does not fade goes on sooo easily and stays on does not fade as day goes on. I don't think this pencil is for smudging it is more like an eyeliner. I love the indigo colour not as harsh as black. love it! love it!

It took about 20 minutes for this liner to start smudging.
