This creamy, decadent and high-quality caramel will bring back childhoood memories! It can easily be served for breakfast on toast, crepes or pancakes, or you can drizzle it over yogurt. It's also delicious when served with cake or drizzled over cheesecake, fresh fruit or ice cream. But why not think a little bit outside the box and try in on a main? It's wonderful with pork, smoked fish or chicken. Finally, try mixing in with your coffee in the morning or make the ultimate milkshake with it. In fact, just try to stop yourself from eating it by itself with a spoon!

Sel et Caramel was created by Quebec native Pierre Pichette when he was working in his sister's pattiserie. Customers so loved this decandant caramel that in 2015 Pichette and his sister decided to package and sell it. Produced at the Maison Felix Leclerc in Quebec, Sel et Caramel is now distributed in gourmet food stores in Canada and California.
