Fantastic!

When I first got the cook book I went through it and made grocery list of items that appear over and over in the book that I didn't have on hand. My grocery bill was almost $150.00 and it was worth every penny. I have made many of the recipes in this book and they are all wonderful.
I have never been able to make rice pudding, but I bought Arborio rice like Wolfgang suggested, and it turned out perfectly! I have a freezer full of meals that I can take to work for lunch, which is a lot cheaper than buying lunch every day. I just can't recommend this book highly enough!

Love the "Simply the Best" Cookbooks!

By Melanie

from Mississauga, ON

Great companion to the pressure cooker by Chef Puck. Love the pictures, glossy pages, and amount of recipes in this book. Chef Getz has done it again!

As expected, Well Done.

By Dronimoe

from Scarborough, Ontario

I purchased this book with certain expectations on what I had hoped to see and this book certainly met my expectation. The picture are well displayed. The book is divided into useful sections and contains some of the favourites like the Crem Caramel (noted in the book as Flan) which I've always wanted to try. I will be going shopping and purchasing a bunch of ingredients so I can try a number of the receipies from the book.

No-Pressure Cooking!

By Melanie

from Mississauga, ON

This is a wonderfully written and photographed cookbook. There are many great recipes, I love how it is broken into sections, and the variety of foods that can be used. I have at least three other books authored by Chef Marian, but I think this is my favourite, hands down! I am new to pressure cooking and found the suggestions really helpful. Especially what types of ingredients to have on hand and where to purchase specialty items.

Gorgeous pictures

Very nice glossy pictures. Recipes are well explained and the list of staples (pantry, fridge etc.) makes it easy to use. I would have liked a larger number of recipes for the price. Still, a good book.

Useful! Nice Photos!

By IRENE

from MINDEN

All Star Reviewer

I already own a pressure cooker from a different maker, but mine basically works the same as the one from Wolfgang Puck. It came with very few recipes. When this book came out, I expected more from it. I have other books by Marian Getz that I am extremely happy with. Because I am still a novice when it comes to using a pressure cooker, I would have liked more recipes.

I would still recommend it.

VERY GOOD COOKBOOK!

By DB

from PRINCE ALBERT

this is an excellent cookbook to have to go with WG's pressure cooker...which is very good!
- it gives more info and better recipes than the book that came with the pressure cooker.... a must have if you bought WG's pressure cooker
- however for the price i expected it to be thicker than it was containing alot more recipes than it does
- really helps that each recipe has a picture!
- i would have given it 5 stars if it had 3 times more recipes..
- thank-you
