Fabulous, simply wonderful oven. Use it almost every day. I couldn't be happier. I tell all my friends and family to consider purchasing one. Changed my life for the better. Use parchment paper in the roasting pan and the clean up is a breeze. Cooks to perfection, especially vegetables in pan first,sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper and spread chicken over the top. Set for 40 minutes, and you have a perfect one pan dinner. Flavour is incredible.


So far so good!

I really like this little oven. It takes over for my big oven. I have only tried the pressure feature once so I can't really review that. I found that the instructions for using the pressure feature wasn't all that clear. I guess it would help if the recipe booklet would have been in English.

Hubby and I love this oven, you can actually TASTE the meat, its tender and delicious. We don't have to turn on the oven for just the two of us. It has been mostly trial and error, everything has been great, very happy we got it. Baking in it is next.

I use this oven for all my oven cooking and baking . I have had the first one for over a year(but replaced under warranty) now and love it .I have cooked turkey chicken ham roast pork and beef . I use the pressure most of the time .For time of cooking I have a thermometer that I check for doneness. I always cover with foil with a few knife holes . It might take a little longer if you want your chicken or turkey well done ,which I do . I cook my veggies and potatoes with this meat .
I make three loaves of bread at a time ,bake two in 35 minutes ,Watch not to burn the top ,if your loaves rise too high . Baked all my butter tarts and pies for Christmas .BAKED MEAT PIES for the freezer .
I had a previous review that one oven broke down. Well WOLFGANG PUCK did replace it with a new one . so I am sure if you get the right connections to their office in Miami they will see to replace it if it is still under warranty.
So I am so pleased with my oven .
My big oven is not being used . Oh yes my power bill was lower.
Yes the temperature control is touchy and the timer so I have another timer on at the same time .
I have made lasagne many times, just great.
It does get wet in the oven when you are finished cooking so I make sure to wipe it dry before closing. Also this way it keeps the oven nice and clean at all times.
So try to use it more like a regular oven except faster cooking .
I also got my recipe in French so I phoned TSC and in no time I received a print out of the recipes (which I seldom use ).


It's now part of our weekly cooking

We've had ours now for a couple months and feel confident to share an opinion on the performance and usage. I have to share that I am not a cook and I (the husband) bought this with the intention of it helping me on my evenings for dinner. For that it's worked out really well. I've roasted chickens and a large roast with great results. Love how I can easily cook a couple chickens on Sunday and have lunches for my wife and I for the week. Haven't used the rotisserie just yet but don't anticipate problems. Something we discovered is that it's very hard to burn your food. We learned it with the only problem keeping us from giving it a five star rating. I find the timer is a bit finicky. That's not an issue as I use Siri to time the cooking. I accidentally left a bird in for over an hour (only needed 35 minutes). Was still juicy and delicious. The onions and potatoes were a bit singed but still quite good.

I ordered this oven with the rotisserie and I love it.
Unfortunately the 71 page Recipe Guide is in French so I'm unable to use it.
The boxes are packed in China and probably the workers can't tell English from French and they just put in what's available.
I have called for a new Recipe Guide but it sounds like the best I'll get are stapled together pages of a copy they have and it prob. won't even be for the Rotisserie Oven.
This is a big ticket item and I think TSC should order the proper Recipe Guides for customers when errors are made.

I basically got this oven because I was so impressed that it could cook a turkey under an hour.
I am reading the instructions on how to cook a 2 lb. roast and you cook it for THREE hours, I understand that is for fall apart well done meat, but really three hours. I have not given the oven the chance it deserves, so will follow up later.

Great oven!!

I have the larger of the 2 ovens.. Did not realize there was a smaller one. Did 14 lb. Turkey 50 minutes. It was very juicy and freed up the big oven for everything else. I use it for warming left overs and with the pressure it takes no time. I pretty well use the oven for everything and I barely use our microwave any more. I wish the light would come on when the door is opened as it would be easier to see in to clean it. I also find the feet too slippery so it moves when I open it and try to take something out so you have to be careful. This oven is used on a daily basis saving time and energy.
