TSC only sells products within Canada and does not ship outside of Canada. Shipping & Handling may not be available in all areas. Shipping & Handling charges are shown along with the price of the product during our TV broadcast. When shopping online, look for Shipping & Handling charges on each and every product detail page. You'll find your total Shipping & Handling charges in your Cart and during the checkout process.

When you purchase more than one item in a single order, you'll automatically qualify for our Multipack Reduced Shipping & Handling Program which gives you 50% off the shipping charges for each additional item. Your Cart will confirm what your final Multipack Shipping & Handling charge will be. Some restrictions apply.

When calculating shipping & handling charges, the shipping weight of your order is always rounded down to the nearest weight in the fee schedule. Therefore, an item with a shipping rate of 1-1/2 lbs will be charged at the 1lb shipping rate.

For certain orders, free Shipping & Handling may not be available in your area. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice (even after an order has been submitted), including in cases where free Shipping & Handling does not apply to your area.

Will TSC ship my orders during a Canada Post service disruption?

Yes. In preparation of and during a Canada Post service disruption, TSC may be using alternative shipping methods to deliver your orders. You can shop with confidence knowing we will continue to ship orders to almost all Canadian regions during a Canada Post service disruption.

Will the cost of shipping increase because TSC is using alternative shipping methods during a Canada Post service disruption?

No. If you select the standard shipping option, there will be no increase in the cost of shipping your order. Our upgraded courier service will still be available during a Canada Post service disruption for an additional fee.

During the Canada Post service disruption, will I still receive my order in the same amount of time I normally would?

During the Canada Post service disruption, TSC will be using alternative shipping methods to deliver your orders, which may impact shipping times. Our upgraded courier service will be available during a Canada Post service disruption for an additional fee and will continue to deliver orders within 5 to 7 business days.

Will I still be able to take advantage of SHIP150 during the Canada Post service disruption?

Yes. Items under 20 lbs will still qualify for the SHIP150 promotion.

Do I have to contact TSC within 30 days of receiving my order to advise you that I would like to return an item?

No, TSC will be extending its return policy for 30 days after the end of the Canada Post service disruption. There is no need to contact TSC to advise us that you are planning to return an item.

How do I return an item during a Canada Post service disruption?

If for any reason you need to return an item during a Canada Post service disruption, please use one of the following two options:

  1. Hold your return until the service disruption is over. Once the service disruption is over, simply use the Easy Return Canada Post shipping label included with your order to return your item for a full refund of the item purchase price, less applicable return shipping charges. Our 30-day Money Back Guarantee will be extended for an additional 30 days from the date the service disruption ends.

  2. Make your own arrangements with a courier company of your choice and pay the shipper directly. Return shipping charges will not be deducted from your refund amount. Please ensure you address your return package to:

In either case, we will process your refund once your order has been received back at TSC.

If I return an item using a courier service, will I be charged the return shipping fee?

No. If you make your own arrangements with a courier company of your choice and pay the shipper directly, return shipping charges will not be deducted from your refund amount.

I returned an order prior to the start of the service disruption; however, it appears that Canada Post is holding my package. How will my return be processed?

TSC has extended its return policy to account for any delays in items being returned. Canada Post will continue to hold your order until the disruption has ended. Once we receive your package, we will process your refund.

I exchanged an order prior to the start of the service disruption; however, it appears that Canada Post is holding my package. How can I get my replacement item?

If you are able to provide a tracking number for your package that indicates it is being held at a Canada Post facility, we will be happy to release your replacement item today and have it shipped to you using an alternative shipping method. Please contact us at 1-888-2020-888 to make arrangements.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago and requested Canada Post as the shipping method. Can I change my shipping method now?

Yes. You can modify your shipping method on your order up until the Canada Post service disruption is over. To modify your order, please contact us at 1-888-2020-888.

I was expecting a refund cheque. When will I be receiving it?

During the Canada Post service disruption, TSC will not be able to deliver any refund cheques. We will begin mailing out refunds once the disruption has ended.

I have been advised that I have to pick up my order at a specific location instead of having it shipped directly to my house. Why do I have to pick it up?

In preparation of and during a Canada Post service disruption, TSC will be using alternative shipping methods to deliver your orders. Based on the address you provided, the standard shipping method available in your area is order pick up. TSC, however, is still offering upgraded courier service that would reduce the shipping time and have your order delivered to your door (additional fees apply).

We apologize for the inconvenience you may experience as a result of having to pick up your order.

How will I know when my package is available to be picked up?

If you have an email address on file with TSC, you will receive an email from a courier confirming the location and time your order will be ready for pick up. Please note that your item(s) will be held for pick up for 7 business days.

Will a signature be required to pick up my order at the courier location?

Yes. To pick up your order at the courier location you will be required to bring government issued identification and sign for your package. Please note that your item(s) will be held for pick up for 7 business days.

How long will my orders be held at the courier pick up location before it is returned to TSC?

Your package will be held for 7 business days after you receive your email from the courier confirming the time and location of pick up. Any orders not picked up within 7 business days will be returned to TSC.

Am I expected to pay my TSC Credit Card bill during the Canada Post service disruption?

In the event of a Canada Post service disruption TSC Credit Card members are responsible for making payments during a postal disruption. Account balances and payment due dates can be obtained by calling our IVR at 1-866-341-7141 and following the prompts, or by pressing “0” to contact our TSC Credit Card team. Payments can be made through Internet/telephone banking; by visiting any major bank branch; or by Courier. There will be no change to interest calculation as per the TSC Cardholder Agreement.

I have been seeing a ‘Sold Out’ notice for some time on products I want to purchase. Will TSC be receiving stock soon?

Due to the Canada Post Service disruption, we are currently unable to ship products from certain vendors. Unfortunately, this issue will not be resolved until the service disruption is over. Please continue to check back online or call 1-888-2020-888 to learn more about the status of the product.

  • Standard Shipping (7 to 10 business days for delivery)
  • Courier Shipping (5 to 7 business days for delivery)

Items shipped directly to you from our suppliers may have a longer delivery time-frame of 15 - 21 business days. This information along with any delivery restrictions are detailed on our product pages.

Order pick up at TSC’s National Distribution Centre

We’re trying something new at TSC! Starting May 17th, 2018 at 9 am EST, for a limited time, if you reside in the Greater Toronto Area and/or surrounding areas and would like to pick your order up at the TSC’s Distribution Centre in Mississauga, you can now choose this shipping option! When you choose this option, you will receive a pick-up email notification when your order is ready to pick up at the distribution centre. Typically, your order will be available 2 days after you place your order, but please be aware that some exceptions apply. You will need to bring valid ID and your TSC’s order # or receipt to pick up your order. If your order is not picked up within 10 business days, your order will be cancelled.

Please note that this shipping option cannot be modified online. To cancel or modify your order with the order pick up option, please call our Customer Care Centre at 1-888-2020-888.

Items shipped directly to you from our suppliers are not eligible to be picked up from TSC’s Distribution Centre. If there is delivery information on the product page including a delivery time-frame or restrictions, this item is not eligible to be picked up at the TSC National Distribution Centre. Auto-delivery items and gift cards are also excluded from this shipping option.

We want to help you save on Shipping & Handling! When you purchase more than one item in a single order, you automatically receive 50% off the shipping charges for each additional item. Items are prioritized according to their “shipping weight”, with the heaviest item designated as the first item in your order. An item’s “shipping weight” is usually the same as the item’s actual weight, unless the item is particularly large or bulky, in which case an additional premium is added to the item’s actual weight to arrive at the item’s “shipping weight”. Some items may be shipped separately, however, you still pay a reduced shipping rate. It's that simple!

Some items - such as our Auto Delivery items - are excluded from our Multipack discount.

Bill to / Ship to

You can choose to have the products in your order sent to a shipping address that is different from your billing address. With this option, the shipping confirmation with the order total and payment information is emailed to your email address associated with your TSC account, while the products in your order are sent to the shipping address. The order total and payment information is not sent to the shipping address.
